Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal support and expertise to ensure our company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As a Legal Specialist, you will work closely with the legal department and various stakeholders to handle a wide range of legal matters.

Mission :
Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research to provide accurate and up-to-date information on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company's operations.
  •  Contract Review and Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure that they meet legal requirements and protect the company's.
  •  Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop and implement compliance programs.
  •  Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal disputes, including participating in negotiations, mediations, and litigation as necessary.
  •  Policy Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures, keeping them aligned with legal requirements.
  •  Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate these risks.
  •  Legal Support: Provide legal support and advice to various departments within the organization, including HR, finance, and operations.
  •  Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on legal matters, compliance, and best practices.
  •  Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.


Profil :
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Licensed or qualified lawyer to practice law
  • PQE 3~5 years
  • Strong knowledge of local state laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent language knowledge mandatory (Arabic, French, English).
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
