Description
Mission :
  •  Manage the WE team remotely and coordinate with suppliers needed to meet organizational needs.
  • Promote fairness for One Sanofi through the implementation of the new way of working.
  • Contribute to the definition of site budget
  • Manage on-site and remotely the payment of suppliers & service providers.
  • Validate purchase requests and control expenses.
  • Responsible for HSE in the affiliate and commercial operations
  •  Participate in person and remotely in EHS & WE management committees.
  •  Manage escalations and provide solutions to solve problems remotely.
  •  Deploy and maintain Sanofi EHS standards.
  •  Participate in periodic audits on sites.
  •  Organize EHS training for employees.
  •  Report EHS KPIs monthly to Global.
  •  Monitor WE performance of sites through KPIs and satisfaction surveys to improve service quality and employee satisfaction
  •  Be a proactive player in all EHS-related situations and crises as well as in business continuity planning and implementation
  •  Ensure compliance with the legislation applicable to the site as well as Sanofi’s rules and procedures in terms of Safety, EHS and CSR.
  •  Continuously ensure that all services provided comply with the level defined in each Global WE Excellence operating standard through inspection visits and audits.
  •  Ensure emergency preparedness of the crisis management committee and optimize the use of space in accordance with Sanofi’s work charter
  •  Responsible for being able to safely close or evacuate the site at any time in case of emergency in coordination with security and local teams
  •  Manage and control the fleet of vehicles at the national level.
  •  Coordinate key stakeholders and arbitrate priorities while ensuring the appropriate level of service.
  •  Ensure the good governance of subcontractors in accordance with local regulations and Sanofi WE rules.
  •  Ensure the implementation of the environmental strategy and efficient energy management.
  •  Implement a process to ensure a good delegation of responsibility in the event of absence.


Profil :
  • 8 years of experience in similar functions
  • University degree (civil engineer/ Architecture /environment / EHS)
  • Strong service delivery skills and results-oriented
  • Good communication
  • Good level of English
  • Ability to dive deep into operational problems
  • Leadership skills: managing conflicts, solving complex problems, and leading subcontractors and activities
