Description
As a Product Specialist you will support effective implementation of marketing strategies through analyzing market insights and plans, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating and executing promotional activities and product positioning inline with region and/or segment direction in order to support sales growth targets andenhance brand awarenessThis position reports to the Marketing Manager.

Mission :
  • Responsible for executing the strategic direction for interior and exterior product categories.
  • Drive the defined product development strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Project leader for product launches and relaunches, phase-in/phase-out plans,promotional campaigns and other critical initiatives. This includes coordinating crossfunctional teams, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify market trends,customer needs, and competition. Leverage insights to innovate and develop new products or improve existing ones to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life. Execute strategies for product portfolio optimization, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize profitability.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the interior and exteriorproduct categories. Regularly monitor and report on product performance, sales, andmarket share, making data-driven decisions to achieve objectives.


Profil :
QUALIFIQUATIONS :
  • Education: Bachelor Marketing (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
  • Flexibility to travel in country.
  • Fluency in English and French both verbally and written
