Rotational Assignments: Rotate through different departments to develop a well-rounded understanding of various functions, such as planning, fleet, parts, sales, marketing, customer service, and support functions.
Project Support: Assist in executing projects related to customer experience development, quality improvement, cost reduction, and market research under the guidance of experienced team members, known as facilitators.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
KAIZEN: Contribute ideas and insights to continuously improve processes, products, and services within all divisions.
Professional Development: Take initiative in self-learning and skill development to enhance technical expertise and stay updated with trends and best practices in the automotive sector.
