Description
Mission :
Assist the Head of C&E to ensure that all compliance related activities are adequately implemented and adhered by all stakeholders and employees. The key activities are as follows:
  • Collect, compile, and organize procurement data from various sources such as ERP systems, vendor databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Analyse procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate procurement performance metrics.
  • Customize reporting tools and templates to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance metrics.
  • Track procurement performance against established goals and benchmarks.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance procurement processes and optimize performance.
  • Continuously evaluate reporting methods and tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with procurement managers, finance departments, and other relevant stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and priorities.
  • Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.


Profil :
  • BAC+5-degree Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, terminology, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Some years of working experience in finance, procurement or other relevant field or at a recognized international third-party service provider are advantageous.
