Mission :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish performance metrics for supplier evaluation.
  • Track and analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance supplier relationships and overall performance.
  • Monitor supplier compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supplier-related risks.
  • Support supplier development initiatives to improve capabilities and performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on supplier performance for management review.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing supplier performance issues and escalations.


Profil :
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on SRM or Contract management.
  • Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on supplier performance management.
  • Proficiency in English and French writing and verbal communication.
