Mission :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish performance metrics for supplier evaluation.
Track and analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Drive initiatives to enhance supplier relationships and overall performance.
Monitor supplier compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supplier-related risks.
Support supplier development initiatives to improve capabilities and performance.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on supplier performance for management review.
Serve as the primary point of contact for managing supplier performance issues and escalations.

Profil :

Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of quality management systems, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
4+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on SRM or Contract management.
Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on supplier performance management.
Proficiency in English and French writing and verbal communication.
