Mission :

Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives) to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment within the team.
Remove Impediments: Identify and address impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress, working proactively to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.
Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Promote Collaboration: Promote collaboration and transparency among team members, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters, facilitating cross-functional communication and knowledge sharing.
Shield the Team: Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions, allowing them to focus on their commitments and achieve Sprint goals effectively.

Profil :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
