Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and share best practices.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor and coach sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage sales activities and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the phone industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop strategies to increase market share.
Profil :
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the region.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
