- Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI systems
- Architect and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines (training deployment monitoring)
- Drive Data Engineering & ETL workflows at scale
- Oversee MLOps practices (CI/CD, experiment tracking, model lifecycle)
- Deploy AI services using FastAPI, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Design and implement advanced AI solutions (LLMs, AI agents, Computer Vision)
- Optimize performance with GPU programming and efficient model serving
- Manage and mentor the AI team, ensuring delivery excellence
- Coordinate projects using tools like ClickUp and ensure alignment with business goals
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- 2 to 3+ years of solid experience in AI / ML Engineering / Applied AI
- Strong expertise in Python (PyTorch / TensorFlow / Pandas)
- Proven experience in deploying scalable AI applications
- Strong background in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and system design
- Hands-on experience with MLOps and production environments
- Experience with GPU acceleration and performance optimization
- Leadership mindset with strong team and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
