Briefing:
Our international law firm is currently looking to hire a success focused and results driven assistant manager, with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience, fluent in both English and French written and spoken, who would fully assist the manager in different department concerning the office’s matters and design.
Skills:
Assisting clients whenever necessary and evaluating their needs;
Good knowledge in administration, communication and marketing;
Excellent writing skills in both English and French;
Compliance with international standard management;
Advising the manager about different risks and propose solutions;
Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently;
Organizing the manager’s schedule and meetings;
Coordination of the team work;
Follow up of some strategic projects for the Firm;
Good understanding of law basics is a plus.
