Profile: 
·         Minimum of bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent fields
·         +5 years experience in financial management, budgeting, grant management, and reporting
·          Draw up financial reports and organize financial procedures, documentation and verification of supporting documents.
·         Liaise with the Administration and Procurement department, banks and relevant project staff to ensure all expenditures, payments of payrolls and cash disbursements are in line with the organization's financial procedures.
·         Ensure timely and accurate payments of staff and vendors.
·         Ensure expenditures with respect to the approved budget.
·         Ensure that all financial activities and cash flows are in line with legislative and requirements.
·         Managing the cash management, budgeting, forecasting, troubleshooting, accounting and financial procedures and donor requirements.
·         Pricing, billing, and payment systems.
·         Ensure transparent financial procedures when fulfilling objectives of the Companie.
·         Ensure all financial documents and files are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
·         Control receipts, invoices and financial documents to justify payments.
·         Conduct monthly-yearly accountancy closure, advance closing and bank reconciliation.
·         Provide support, information, advice and guidance to other departments as to financial policies, procedures.
·         Facilitate preparation of audits.
·         Preferably fluent in English, French, Arabic
·         Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs, Google Drive and Google spreadsheets
·         Excellent skills in data analysis, reporting and presentation
·         Good knowledge of online communications platforms (zoom, teams...)
