Profil :
Bachelor in Sales, marketing, or management
2 years experiences in the sportswear or fashion market appreciated
1 year experience in the sportwear wholesale appreciated
Very good communication/negotiation skills
Customer development orientation
Very Good cross-functional Teamwork capability
English/French speaking and writing mandatory
Objectives :
Audit and control client stores daily
Reach the annual sales target by client/brand/category
Coordinate marketing actions with marketing and brand team
Execute the annual marketing plan
Develop the client portfolio with new clients
Develop categories and brands
Insure continuous reporting (sales, field visits, stores audit,…)
Job description :
Interact regularly with accounts related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
Maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and driving turn.
Schedule a daily/weekly and monthly field visits
Schedule quarter and semester meetings with clients to review performances and opportunities
Propose and sale stocks to clients
Ensure PF and invoices sharing with clients, and cash collecting
Insure continuous field and client reports
Develop data sharing with clients
Coordinate marketing and promotions with marketing and brand team
Identify clients training needs and coordinate a seasonal training session with clients and marketing team
Develop new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and meet budget guidelines.
Identify account distribution and resolve void issues.
Promote price point integrity and involve with retail level parity at Headquarter.
Increase accounts revenue and identify fresh business opportunities adhering to given budget structure.
Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
Recommend management routinely of tribulations and opportunities trying to resolve issues and improve growth prospects.
