Works as IT delivery engineer (include Server(rack server and blade server), storage (IP SAN, FC SAN),cloud computing, disaster recovery and related ability).
Handle Customer Requests related to IT Product Line. Daily maintenance task.
Provide IT knowledge onsite training for customer and partner.
Review presales project solution.
Provide Low leavl design for IT solutions.
Working in shifts and 24*7 environment if needed.

Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering
Years of Work Experience:
3+ years
Language Skill:
English and French
Professional Knowledge :
3 or more years experience in related field.
Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering, computing engineering, network engineering.
Good knowledge with server and storage and virtualization solution.
Good knowledge with Linux and Windows OS
Familiar with basic IP network FC network.
Familiar with some basic datacom knowlage.
Business Skills :
Fluent of English speaking and writing. Will be the priority if French is fluent at same time
Excellent Communication Skills
High ability of fast learning and practice.
Good team work
Good attitude and self motivated.
Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance the experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to travel to other contury in Northern Africa area and work in 24* 7 shifts.
Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different.
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly .
