Description
Major Responsibilities:
1. As the partner of the enterprise project manager, support high-quality contract acquisition and contractual delivery, and help the enterprise achieve project financial targets.
2. Carry out financial activities such as enterprise project estimation, project budgeting, management project budget execution, and project final accounting.
3. Organize the management activities of financial elements (eg financing / foreign exchange) and track the implementation of financial solutions.
4. Analyze and find gaps based on budget and rolling forecast, and drive continuous improvement of project costs and expenses.
5. Improve the quality of project financial data and business data, and be responsible for compliance with relevant processes in project financial management.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge :
knowledge about entity management, financial report management, and statutory compliance management of subsidiaries
Skills:   
Be able to analyze financial reports and the basic information about macroeconomics, and be skillful in communication
Abilities:
1. At least 3 years working experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, accounting, costing, or financial analysis.
2. Fluent in English, speaking, reading, and writing. English can be used as a working language. French is preferred.
Other:
Good communication skills, Could speak Chinese. Experience:
At least three years' experience in project finance, operation management, or other related fields
Sources of Talent:
Personnel in related majors or having experience in the industry;
personnel with similar experience in the Big Four accounting firms or other companies (preferred)
Process Involved:
Subsidiary budgeting process, subsidiary rolling forecast process, and subsidiary mid- and long-term financial report planning process
