Mission :
- Marketing & Sales Assistant is responsible for achieving agreed sales targets with management by supporting and driving sales in all channels.
- Managing sales and relationship with assigned Huawei branded partner hosted, channel and carrier store.
- Responsible for sales planning, sell-out/sell-through visibility, sales target setting and reporting with the carrier and partner stores
- Responsible for planning and executing sales & marketing activities at the assigned stores with the retail partner
- Together with retail marketing, execute tactical in-store marketing initiatives and promotions locally
- Consolidate and report retailer feedback on consumers, competition
- Branding Activities .

- Very strong retail sector knowledge and retail operations management in IT.
- Road understanding in retail business models and partner management
- Strong experience in partner and contractual framework management
- Experience in building business cases
