Description
Missions du poste :
 Maintenance of personnel records: constitution, document verification, updating and archiving Day,
 Annual leave management
 Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual HR review
 Payment requests preparation: CNAS,MIP ,PCR MIP, Bailiff, etc.
 Responsible for archiving files
 Manage the reception of guests and new Hires
 Keeps legal records
Onboarding Process/Offboarding process
Labor office relation (job posting ,Candidates interview appointment, Government authorization document)
Social security (Sick leave ,work accident, maternity, retirement, child allowance, Chifa Card…)
Medical check follow up
HR ops (letters, annual leave ,Mission document, contract...)
Pres-Payroll & Attendances management
Tax contributions submission
Local training plan (Training plan establishment, assessment document, DFP Tax …)
Profil recherché :
Experience 3-5 years
 Bachelor degree
 Good communication skills : Arabic, French and English
