Job purpose :
Implementation of the division sales and service strategy in the MSC and in the market
Medium and long-term development of the division by establishing the conditions for achieving the annually updated targets for the market for all  products. This includes in particular the development of:
Infrastructure
Staff
Representation of the division interests within the MSC
Main tasks
Regular coordination with the other Divisional Managers and the management of the MSC
Management supervising of the division employees
Preparation and coordination of the EMT business plan as well as sales planning together with the market responsible
Preparation of the budget as well as the personnel and investment plan together with the Financial Manager of the MSC
Establishment of annual plans together with its executives from sales and service in coordination with the Financial Manager of the MSC (sales, turnover, margin, cost).
regular review and, if necessary, adjustment of sales, turnover, margin and cost targets
Reporting according to the planning reporting dates
Definition of the local sales and service policy, including pricing policy, delivery and payment conditions, warranty and goodwill, rental, trade-ins and financing in coordination with the  market responsible and the management of the MSC
Operational support for his team - especially for large and specific (special local and private interment for local market) customers and key accounts
Regular reporting to the local DM and  market responsible
Other tasks
Further tasks and activities at the instruction of the superordinate position ( additionally , coordinate and get supervising position for the other MSC’s local divisions)
