Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Plan and execute the annual recruitment calendar, addressing personnel needs by collecting recruitment requirements.
Conduct sourcing activities to identify qualified candidates.
Draft job descriptions for new positions and ensure the updating of existing ones.
Disseminate recruitment announcements (internal and external) across various channels.
Select shortlisted profiles for interviews and conduct interviews.
Manage the recruitment process, from selection to onboarding.
Training:
Implement the annual training plan in response to identified needs, establishing pedagogical objectives.
Develop the training plan, implement it, and evaluate its effectiveness.
Explore partnerships with training institutions to support development objectives.
Administer training activities, including planning, sending invitations, and collecting evaluations.
Performance Evaluation:
Actively participate in the performance evaluation process by managing the distribution and collection of evaluation forms.
Implement career management initiatives, including career planning.
Qualifications:
A university degree, preferably in the humanities, social or management sciences
At least 03 years' experience in a similar position
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to adapt quickly and a high level of confidentiality
Ability to coordinate and work on a number of cross-functional projects
Ability to observe, summarize and pass on information.
Proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
