The British School Algiers is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise financial operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
· Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the school's objectives.
· Oversee budgeting processes and financial forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
· Maintain meticulous financial records and documentation.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and data flow.
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders on financial matters.
· Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
· Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and standards.
· Spearhead strategic financial initiatives to drive growth and sustainability.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Proven experience in financial management, preferably in an educational institution or similar setting.
· Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in financial software and systems.
· Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
