A Technical Design Manager lead the design and development of innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological standards to drive organizational success in a dynamic and competitive market landscape.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Solution Architecture Leadership:
Lead a team of solution architects in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using backend technologies such as Spring Framework for Java, Flutter for mobile development, and React.js for web development.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide strategic guidance on technology solutions.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical leadership and guidance on solution design principles, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the delivery of robust and future-proof solutions.
Team Development:
Mentor and develop solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Project Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end solution delivery process, from conception to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tool
8+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex technology solutions.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud computing technologies, and modern software development practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
