Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Local Brand Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Algeria. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in digital marketing, particularly on Meta and TikTok, with a strong ability to build and manage media matrices. This position demands an energetic, forward-thinking individual who can drive the brand’s presence and growth through modern, youth-oriented marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the brand in Algeria. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Build and maintain a strong media matrix, identifying and establishing relationships with key media partners. Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate marketing activities, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery. Collaborate with external KOLs and influencers to ensure effective brand representation and collaboration. Manage and negotiate contracts with agencies and external partners, ensuring competitive pricing and maximum ROI.Maintain consistent communication with sponsored teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and managing external pressures related to efficiency and timelines. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while adapting to the local market’s needs. Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing, especially on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok platforms. Strong understanding of modern, youth-focused marketing strategies and trends. Excellent media matrix building and negotiation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing both internal teams and external partnerships.Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with agencies and KOLs to drive successful campaigns. Strong internal management skills with the ability to oversee and motivate teams. Familiarity with the Algerian market and its digital landscape is a plus. Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a proactive, forward-thinking individual who is passionate about innovation in marketing.
