We support businesses in scaling operations fast, efficiently, and with full flexibility.In Q1 2026 we are launching an electric scooter sharing business in Algeria and are starting operations in Oran.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our local activities in Algeria.This is a key market-entry role for a hands-on leader who will be responsible for launching operations in Oran and building the foundation for further expansion across the country. As the business scales to new cities, the role has a clear growth path to Country Manager.What will you doLead the launch of operations in Oran from the ground up.Set up and manage local operational processes (fleet operations, field teams, partners).Build and coordinate the local team and service providers.Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with local regulations.Work closely with HQ on strategy, reporting, and scaling plans.Prepare the market for expansion into additional cities and support future rollouts.What we are looking forBased in Oran or ready for temporary relocation.Strong operational and leadership background (mobility, logistics, delivery, or field operations is a plus).Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.Experience in launching or scaling operations from scratch is highly desirable.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.Native Arabic and fluent English skillsWhat we offerA unique opportunity to launch and scale a new market in Algeria.High level of autonomy and direct impact on business results.Clear career growth toward a Country Manager role.Competitive compensation and bonus plan aligned with market and growth stage.ScheduleFull-time — flexibility required (24/7 operations environment 😉).If you are a proactive leader ready to take ownership and drive operational excellence in Algeria, we would love to hear from you.Apply now or reach out for more details!
