Key Information Department: Commercial Market Location: TBC Core Objective Ensure strong operational alignment between Key Accounts and Strategic Partners through effective Account Mapping, maximizing joint revenue growth and market penetration. Target Segments The successful candidate will be dedicated to one single sector: Healthcare Education Manufacturing Government (specific subset) Candidate Profile & Key Competencies 1. Experience and Background 3 to 5 years of experience (preferred; high-potential fresh graduates may also be considered) in sales, partnerships, or channel coordination roles. Experience in Channel Coordination, Account Management, or Partner Enablement. Strong ability to work with both internal sales teams and external partners. Mandatory sector knowledge or experience in one of the targeted segments (Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, or Government). Solid understanding of the sales cycle, Account Mapping, and co-selling models to generate joint business opportunities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2. Key Responsibilities Bridging Function: Act as the primary interface between internal sales teams and strategic partners for specific customer opportunities. Execution: Perform detailed account mapping and ensure accuracy and visibility of the joint sales pipeline. Coordination: Support the execution of joint business plans and sales initiatives, including joint workshops and client meetings. Reporting: Track, analyze, and report partner performance, contribution, and success within the assigned sector.
