Job Summary:
The HR Field Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR strategies. This role involves providing guidance and support on various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Support:

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Provide insights and recommendations based on HR metrics and analytics.


Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.


Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Conduct investigations related to employee grievances and recommend appropriate actions.


Performance Management:

Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
Provide coaching and development resources to enhance employee performance.


Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.


Compliance and Policy Implementation:


Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.




Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.


Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Skills:


Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.


High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
