With over four years of experience, we are building a scalable super-app ecosystem that connects consumers, merchants, and payment channels across Algeria and emerging markets.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Software Engineer to join our on-site engineering team in Setif. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces across our mobile and web platforms. You will work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver seamless, reliable, and performant user experiences in a high-growth fintech environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain frontend interfaces for web and mobile applications.Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, production-ready code.Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.Implement secure and user-friendly payment flows and dashboards.Identify and fix frontend issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.Contribute to component libraries, frontend architecture, and best practices.Ensure interfaces comply with UX standards, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Qualifications2–4 years of professional frontend development experience.Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and a major framework (React, Vue, Angular, or Flutter Web).Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI component systems.Experience integrating REST APIs and working with state-management libraries.Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-traffic applications is a plus.
