🔹 Job Title: Pedagogical & Operations Manager🔹 About UsImagine Center is a language school and study abroad organization committed to delivering high-quality education and international opportunities.🔹 Position SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven and experienced Manager to oversee academic operations, lead teams, and ensure the achievement of both pedagogical and commercial objectives.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and supervise the teaching and administrative teamsEnsure strict implementation of pedagogical standards and academic qualityDevelop, monitor, and improve foreign language teaching methodologiesSet, track, and achieve commercial targets (enrollments, revenue, growth)Analyze performance indicators and implement corrective actionsOrganize academic planning, schedules, and operational processesEvaluate staff performance and ensure continuous professional developmentMaintain discipline, accountability, and high performance within the teamEnsure customer satisfaction and retentionContribute to the strategic development of study abroad programs🔹 RequirementsProven experience in management (minimum 3–5 years preferred)Strong leadership and team management skillsDemonstrated ability to achieve commercial and performance objectivesSolid expertise in foreign language pedagogyExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet targets🔹 QualificationsDegree in education, languages, management, or related fieldExperience in language centers or educational institutions is requiredExperience in study abroad programs is an asset🔹 Key CompetenciesLeadership & Team ManagementResults-Oriented MindsetStrategic ThinkingProblem SolvingPerformance Management🔹 Work EnvironmentDemanding and performance-driven environment requiring rigor, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
