Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in Beni Mered, Daïra Ouled Yaïch, Blida, Algeria. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, personnel management, and training, holding a Master’s degree or equivalent (Master 2, Engineering degree, Bac +5). This is a confirmed position offered on a fixed-term contract (CDD) or mission basis.Responsibilities:Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.Oversee personnel administration, including contracts, attendance, and employee records management.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Support performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop strategic solutions.Prepare reports and maintain HR metrics to support decision-making.Requirements:Master’s degree (Master 2), Engineering degree, or equivalent (Bac +5) in Human Resources or related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR, personnel management, and training.Strong knowledge of Algerian labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English and French is highly desirable.Benefits:Competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications.Opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.Chance to contribute to the growth and development of a dynamic company.Professional development and training opportunities.Fixed-term contract with potential for extension based on performance.Work location in Beni Mered, offering a balanced lifestyle close to Blida.
