Description
Halkorb RH seeks on behalf of its customer, a multinational leading supplier of industrial packaging products and services, a Production Supervisor.
Missions du poste:

Supervises the day-to-day activities of a smaller, less complex and/or single line production operation and monitors colleague productivity,
Effectively implements new performance management systems, production plans and performance criteria. Runs shift meetings confirms production progress, and responds to delays. Creates and implements group improvement plans,
Ensures team understands roles and responsibilities as it relates to the team and to Greif,
Encourages joint problem solving, personal safety, and individual development,
Supports Greif mission, follows values of Greif and works to better Greif’s business as a whole,
Implements and enforces compliance with applicable safety and environment regulations, policies, and procedures,
Monitors work schedules to ensure efficient operations,
Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment,
Troubleshoots issues that arise,
Performs other duties as assigned,
Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available as needed,
Providing regular reports to management on production performance.

Profil recherché:


Industrial engineering degree,


Have 5-8 years of working experience and minimum 3 years leading and supervision production teams,


In-depth understanding of production operation and processes,


Good understanding of safety regulations,


Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems,


Strong leadership.
