Sales Manager / Sales ExecutiveInternational Accounting Firm – Hybrid (Algiers)We are an international accounting firm based in the Netherlands, specialized in supporting English-speaking entrepreneurs who operate businesses in the Netherlands. Our firm works fully digitally and focuses on automation, efficiency and high-quality advisory for international founders.Our clients are ambitious entrepreneurs from all over the world who are building companies in the Netherlands. We help them navigate Dutch accounting, tax and compliance in a clear and structured way.To support our growth, we are looking for a highly capable Sales Manager / Sales Executive who will take ownership of the entire sales process. This is a key role in the company and will directly influence the growth of the firm.This is not a typical sales role. We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of the sales pipeline and is able to build relationships with entrepreneurs and decision makers.RoleYou will manage the entire sales process from the moment a lead enters our system until the client signs and is handed over to the accounting team for onboarding.Marketing and lead generation are already handled. Your role is to convert these opportunities into clients through structured follow-ups, strong communication and professional sales conversations.We currently receive around 100 leads per month and this number is expected to increase significantly in the coming months.Responsibilities- Managing all incoming leads and qualifying potential clients;- Conducting discovery calls and sales meetings with entrepreneurs- Following up consistently with leads and opportunities;- Preparing and sending professional proposals;- Managing the full pipeline inside the CRM (monday.com);- Maintaining structured follow-up sequences to close deals;- Building relationships with potential partners and referral sources;- Ensuring smooth handover to the accounting team once a client signs;- Setting up the initial client onboarding process before the accounting team takes over;- Optimizing the sales process as the company grows;Requirements- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory);- Minimum two years of sales experience;- Strong communication and persuasion skills;- Experience working with CRM systems (experience with monday.com is a plus);- Structured and disciplined with follow-ups;- Confident speaking with entrepreneurs and decision makers;- Professional, charismatic and well spoken;Preferred but not required- Basic understanding of accounting or tax concepts;- Experience selling professional services (consulting, legal, accounting, etc.);- Experience working with international clients;What we offer- A key position in a fast-growing international firm;- Base salary plus commission structure;- Hybrid work environment based out of our office in Algiers;- Direct involvement with the leadership team;- A role with significant responsibility and ownership;Growth opportunitiesFor the right person, this role can evolve into Head of Sales or Commercial Director.
