Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria. currently seeking an experienced Senior Hydrogeologist to join our team.Role Overview : The Senior Hydrogeologist will take a leading role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a major groundwater development project. The position requires a highly skilled professional who combines strong technical expertise in hydrogeology with practical experience in drilling supervision, aquifer testing, and project coordination. The role involves direct engagement with field operations, contractors, and clients, ensuring all activities meet the project’s technical and quality objectives. This position is designed for a technically driven individual capable of assuming increasing responsibility within the organization over time. Key Responsibilities : Lead and supervise hydrogeological investigations, drilling programs, and well construction activities.Interpret geological, geophysical, and hydrogeological data to develop robust conceptual and analytical models.Evaluate water well performance, construction compliance, and aquifer response data.Prepare and review high-quality technical reports, interpretative summaries, and client deliverables. Project Coordination & Field OversightCoordinate field teams, drilling contractors, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.Oversee daily project activities, logistics, and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.Maintain communication with the client, consultants, and internal management to report progress and resolve technical or operational issues. Organizational and Team DevelopmentProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior hydrogeologists and field staff.Contribute to internal technical development, quality improvement initiatives, and capacity building within the team. Qualifications & Experience : Education: BSc or MSc in Hydrogeology, Geology, Water Engineering, or similar.Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in hydrogeological investigations, water well drilling, and aquifer testing.Proven experience in field coordination, project planning, and technical reporting.Sound understanding of well design, drilling supervision, and groundwater monitoring principles.Proficiency in relevant groundwater and hydrogeological software (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW, AquaChem, WellCAD, QGIS).Excellent communication and organizational skills.
