With a production facility Technover P SPA since 2022 and a rapidly growing team with 1 production facility, 2 warehouses and more than 80 employees, we aim to further strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Production Planner, you will manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing, and following up production activities to ensure efficient production according to production plans. Initiate improvement activities for increased operations efficiency.This position is located at Tizi Ouzou and will report to the Factory Manager.

Mission :

• Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
• Manage production personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.
• Ensure employees have the correct skills by initiating training when needed and follow up that SOP/ OPL’s are followed.
• Initiate and inspire team for improvement activities to streamline activities in the department to get an efficient operation.
• Create and follow daily production plan.

Profil :
What We Look For:

• Engineer University Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience / Manufacturing experience is preferable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills
• Proficiency in English.
• Flexibility to travel in county.
