With a production facility Technover P SPA since 2022 and a rapidly growing team with 1 production facility, 2 warehouses and more than 80 employees, we aim to further strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.;JOB DESCRIPTION;Support effective implementation of the retail marketing strategy with loyalty program follow up, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating and executing promotional activities in line with the regional team in order to support sales growth targets within retail business.This position is located in Algiers and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Mission :
  • Develop and maintain The Master painter program by organizing and coordinating its delivery to the painters to convey relevant product and marketing information and increase painter loyalty to Jotun.
  • Administer and control the loyalty program by monitoring the web based application to increase the painters’ loyalty and broaden our database of trained painters and maintain their rewarding system.
  • Coordinate the training program for the painters by preparing the yearly training plan, schedule, and all necessary resources to ensure smooth delivery and the best quality.
  • Coordinate the training program for the dealers' sales counters.
  • Ensure Jotun shops are in line with Jotun retail's guidelines.
  • Ensure all shops to have the relevant marketing materials
  • Assist in implementing all marketing activities by taking part in the on-ground activation to support the medium segment strategy.


Profil :
  • Bachelor Marketing (Required).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
  • Fluency in English and French both verbally and written.
  • Flexibility to travel in country.
