**Originova** is looking for a **Junior Project Coordinator**to support our software development projects (web, mobile, desktop). \n If you are organized, motivated, and eager to grow in project management, this opportunity is for you —**no prior experience required**. \n Full training will be provided.

## **🎯 Responsibilities**

* Assist in gathering project requirements with clients
* Prepare and update documentation (notes, reports, specifications)
* Follow up daily with developers and designers
* Track task progress on project management tools
* Participate in testing before delivery
* Support the Project Manager in organizing meetings and planning tasks
* Ensure smooth communication between team members and clients

## **🧩 Requirements**

✔ Good communication skills \n ✔ Organized and detail-oriented \n ✔ Basic understanding of technology or software development \n ✔ Motivated, fast learner, and proactive \n ✔ Ability to work on-site in**Batna** (required)

*No prior experience in project management is required — we will train you.*

You will receive structured training on:

* Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
* Requirements gathering & documentation
* Testing and quality control
* Project management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion…)
* Communication and task coordination

You will be fully operational in **3–4 weeks**.
