Relevant experience in Telecom network operation & maintenance, NOC/GNOC operations experience is a mustGood understanding of PS core technologies used in Telecom network is a mustHigher level Skill/knowledge and operation experience Huawei PS Core Network Elements is mustNetwork Skill & Knowledge:Operation-maintenance, troubleshooting & configuration knowledge on Huawei  USN(SGSN/MME) , UGW(GGSN/PGW) , CG & DNSDPI concepts and troubleshooting(L3/L7 rule definition/Differentiated service charging/Header Enrichment)Good knowledge in all technologies PS Call flows, CSFB and SRVCC, VoLTE.Experience in User Trace analysis , CDR analysis and KPI improvementKnowledge in Routing concepts , NFV, Cloud vEPC(vUSN & vUGW)Product       GGSN9811/ Cloud UGW / Cloud USN / Cloud CG/ Cloud UPCC / SGSN9810 / DNSProcess & Quality:Knowledge of various processes used in Network Operations will be added advantageKnowledge and experience of MS Operations Must.Soft Skills:Analytical skills like logical thinking, problem solving & handling assignments are mandatoryMicrosoft Excel, report generation, trend and analysis is mandatoryFluency in English Language oral and written communication skills are mustResponsibilities:Resolution of trouble tickets raised by NOC / Customer / LNOC TeamsFault management on all NEs and follow up with support in case of escalated casesNode Health ChecksAnalysis of Network performance issuesImplement network changes as per the CR process                     Support new Network node integrations and AcceptanceEnsure current license and software versions are suitable for the present network requirementAble to verify and execute the plan provided by planning teamCapacity management and reporting in case of possible breach in capacityLiaise with 3rd Party Suppliers / Vendors for resolution of the Faults / Problems needing vendor supportValidating and maintaining the Known Error Database (KEDB) for Datacom NodesIdentify root cause of Priority 1 and Priority 2 Incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that Customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Integration configuration (new links with other nodes, 3rd party, exp. Etc.), New APN/Static IP configure, Package creation as per commercial.Complaint handling (Customer, CC, Roaming and internal escalations), Hardware utilization report analysis.CN license application, License update, License capacity monitoring and forecast, Customer interface/communication, Weekly Database backup checking, Handle new requirements from Customer, KPI / Network Quality improvement / optimization.Weekly Operation Plan, Major Operation review / solution /risk / script verification, Rectification/ precaution check and update iSite, Contingency plan, Topology update, Remote access and Contingency Defense & Drilling.Disaster recovery planning & reporting, change operation execution, Spare parts management / update.Support customer to do the network security audit / fix the vulnerabilities, Policy compliance / Adhoc requests.Support Customer to review the solution from Huawei /3rd party/Customer, Support roaming team to launch new operators, new feature deployment.
