Main Mission:As a CEM/SOC Expert Engineer, you will lead and contribute to the management and analysis of SmartCare and SOC Operation. With over 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, you will apply your expertise in CEM/SOC or Core Network to ensure robust monitoring, investigation, and deep troubleshooting to network performance and service experience, as well understanding big data architecture and good at data analysis.Required Skills:Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.More than 7 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.Proficiency with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.)Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) and systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) .Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, etc.) are a plus.Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving and ownership attitude.Ability to work under pressure during major network incidents.Excellent documentation skills for technical reports,Competency Requirements：At least 7 years of working experience in the telco communications field, especially in the CEM/SOC (customer experience management and SOC operation) or senior experts in core network field.Master 2345G network architecture and technology, especially for CS core, PS/EPC core, IMS core network and radio network signaling process (call flow), good at network troubleshooting and issue demarcation. As a technical expert, leading team to handle E2E network troubleshooting and technical problem management.Have a good understanding of database architecture in data science domain.Be familiar with one of associated programming languages like SQL, Linux, or Python. Excellent knowledge of big data analysis and database operation.Excellent knowledge of business operation end to end, good view of 5G network evolution and business and network insight capability, and be able to communicate as a speaker with high level technology customer.Be able to independently undertake engineering project design, delivery, and acceptance as a team leader, and establish a good communication with customers.   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
