We manage full sales funnels for our clients, from prospecting and outreach to customer service and conversion.We work exclusively with foreign clients across multiple industries, including fintech, IT, data services and global food trading.All operations are conducted in English, so strong spoken and written English is mandatory.What We’re Looking ForWe’re hiring a Full-Time Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. You’ll work closely with the business development manager to build lead pipelines, manage outreach campaigns and support sales growth across multiple channels.This is not an entry-level position, we’re looking for someone with experience in online sales and lead generation, confident in using tools and handling B2B sales tasks independently.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on assigned client accounts across different industriesUnderstand the client’s product or service and target audienceConduct lead generation using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and data scraping platformsSet up and manage sales funnels using automation tools (Make, LinkedIn Helper, etc.)Perform outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling when neededResearch target markets, competitors, and new growth strategiesTrack KPIs, adapt strategies, and collaborate on performance goalsReport directly to the Business Development Manager and contribute new ideas to improve resultsTools We UseLinkedIn and LinkedIn HelperApollo.ioMake (Integromat)Apify and other scraping toolsSlack for team communicationWork ConditionsFull-time – 8 hours per day (with 1-hour break)Remote – Flexible start between 9:00–10:00 AMDaily collaboration with manager during onboarding3-week training and onboarding periodAfter onboarding: performance-based KPIs and strategic autonomyRequirementsProven experience in B2B online sales and lead generationFamiliarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, CRMs, and automation platformsStrong communication skills in English (mandatory)Confidence in client-facing conversations and cold outreachBonus: Experience working with international companies or agenciesIf you're passionate about sales, growth and building systems that deliver results and you want to grow with a global-minded company, we’d love to hear from you.
