JOB MISSIONSupport and assist the maintenance and engineering teams to preserve the assets of the factories and achieve the objectives of the different production lines in terms of efficiency, quality, and safety while optimizing the related costs. MAIN JOB FUNCTIONSEnsure compliance with QSE requirementsConduct activities in accordance with the company's QSE requirements.Ensure the application and compliance with QHSSE procedures, operating modes, instructions, and rules.Participate in internal and external QSE audits.Inform the concerned persons on-site of any observed QSE anomalies. Ensure good life cycle management of assetsCoordinate and participate in risk assessments related to equipment and installations of the 3 factories.Propose and participate in the development of action plans in terms of upgrade, retrofit, or replacement needs of equipment and installations. Participate in maintenance planningCoordinate, lead, and optimize the definition of spare parts needs by site.Contribute to the development of the Maintenance budget and ensure its follow-up at the national level (CAPEX and OPEX).Participate in the planning of annual revisions by production site.Ensure the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan (PMP) in all sites.Develop an annual audit plan for the EXIM approach in coordination with the Group Asset Care Manager and the maintenance managers of the different sites.Develop an annual audit plan for spare parts stores in coordination with plant managers and maintenance managers of the different sites. Ensure the follow-up of maintenance activities of the 3 sitesMonitor the implementation of the annual revision plan of the production lines.Ensure the execution of corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance according to predefined procedures and standards.Evaluate the effectiveness of the EXIM modules implemented in the different sites.Ensure the proper execution of maintenance routines (weekly and monthly).Guarantee the follow-up of maintenance activities in all sites using KPIs developed according to a predefined standard.Consolidate and analyze maintenance KPIs at the central level.Supervise the proper execution of periodic EXIM internal and external audits according to the pre-established annual plan. Ensure the implementation of resulting corrective actions and follow-up. Optimize maintenance costsDefine in alignment with the factories and the group manufacturing manager the monthly stock value targets.Implement the necessary tools to optimize the stock value of spare parts for the three sites.Handle obsolete items identified in the different sites.Guarantee the follow-up of PDR stock in the different sites, analyze discrepancies, and define the action plan with local teams.Consolidate and analyze PDR KPIs of the different sites at the central level.Coordinate the annual inventory of PDR stock in the different sites.Plan regular audits at the PDR stores according to the predefined policy and current procedures.
