Quality Supervisor (Electrical)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure full implementation of quality processes.
- Conduct site visits and perform quality control checks on ongoing work.
- Ensure continuous compilation of quality inspection/test records by subcontractors/partners and the on-site team.
- Verify personnel qualification for assigned tasks.
- Check the validity of surveillance/measurement equipment.
- Support subcontractors/partners in understanding and adhering to quality requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor/partner compliance with quality requirements and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist in material handling, civil, mechanical & electrical, and commissioning functions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Deploy welding processes and requirements with the assistance of qualified welding supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
- Significant knowledge of quality assurance and quality control on construction sites.
- Knowledge of welding fabrication and non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as visual testing (VT), penetrant testing (PT), and magnetic particle testing (MT).
- In-depth knowledge of transformer welding and NDT processes.
- Good technical knowledge of the sector and products.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or relevant experience with a high school diploma.
