Jotun Algerie, established in 2011, is one of the key markets within the MEIA region.With a production facility Technover P SPA since 2022 and a rapidly growing team with 1 production facility, 2 warehouses and more than 80 employees, we aim to further strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Human Resources team in Jotun Algeria is a true business partner and supports organizational development by providing key strategic human resources services to the business.As an Admin & HR Specialist, you will be supporting the HR Manager in anchoring HR concepts and initiatives. You will be responsible for contributing to projects or areas of specialization by planning and executing assigned tasks and areas of responsibility within HR.This position is based in Tizi Ouzou and will report to the HR manager.

Mission :
  • Be the first point of contact for advice and input across a wide range of HR areas for the Factory Site.
  • Act as Admin Support for the Factory Site for both.
  • Support the HR Manager, implementing and monitoring of agreed actions.
  • Support the HR team on matters related to improvement, efficiency, consolidation, etc. of general HR practices.
  • Follow procedures, guidelines, and instructions for executing tasks within the specialist area.
  • Work Closely with Local administration to ensure Compliance.


Profil :
We are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English and French both verbally and written.
