Job Brief:We are seeking a skilled Draftsman (Arch - structure - infrastructure- BIM) to join our team for our new project at Adrar.The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on the specifications given by architects or engineers.These drawings will be used as blueprints to guide the construction or manufacturing process.Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the principles of spatial perception and scale, and proficient knowledge of CAD software.The role of the Draftsman is to translate conceptual designs into a set of technical instructions for project execution.ResponsibilitiesCreating detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings as per the instructions and specifications provided by architects or engineersRevising and updating existing drawings reflecting design changesEnsuring final designs comply with regulations and quality standardsCollaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand and implement project objectivesChecking drawings for mistakes and inaccuraciesCreating and altering construction sketchesFollowing project schedules and deadlinesMaintaining organized work files and project documentation QualificationsProven work experience as a DraftsmanProficient knowledge of CAD software and other drafting tools (Revit)Excellent technical design skillsGood understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methodsAbility to draw manually favorable, but not essentialStrong communication and project management skills
