Technical Support Officer

Global multinational in the automotive sector, renowned for the reliability of its vehicles and exceptional customer service. Currently seeking a Technical Support Officer

Mission :

• Extend required Technical assistance to Branches, Dealers & Customers;
• Perform technical problems diagnosis to determine the root causes of failure;
• Recommend the repair instructions to fix the problem within required timing;
• Assist Technicians in difficult Repair procedures;
• Conduct service quality control before delivery to customers;
• Prepare field Technical report to Technical department if needed;
• Communicate with Technical Dpt for any required support to fix the problem;
• Assist service operations to promote Fix It Right activities;

Profil :

• Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering;
• Preferably working knowledge or experience in the technical field.
