Software engineer

Responsibilities:
Work as the NGBSS FSE and interface with customer.
Be in charge of the technical delivery for NGBSS network maintenance. Independently resolve Minor network problems, resolve Major network problems under others' guidance, and ensure that objectives of network maintenance KPIs, such as the problem resolving duration, are met.
Could implement technical tasks under necessary guidance, and ensure networks run stably without major incidents.
Technical knowledge requirement:
Has database knowledge.
Has Unix/Linux OS knowledge.
