Description
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Service Coordinator who will ensure efficient scheduling of deliveries and pickups, manage customer bookings, coordinate internal resources, and follow up on complaints, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with internal procedures.   Your Responsibilities: Plan and organize customer pickups and deliveries according to priorities and resource availability. Coordinate with the Distribution, Sales, and Back Office teams to ensure adherence to planned deadlines. Confirm pickup and delivery time slots with customers through the designated application or communication channels. Monitor daily scheduled operations and manage any necessary adjustments in real time. Update planning information accurately in internal systems (ERP / planning tools). Identify, analyze, and report any operational delays or anomalies. Handle and follow up on customer complaints related to deliveries and services. Propose corrective actions to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Ensure proper filing, archiving, and documentation of operational and customer records. Prepare operational follow-up and incident reports.   Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field. Experience: Experience in a similar role or within the distribution/logistics sector. Languages: Good written, spoken, and reading proficiency in Arabic and French; English is an asset.  Professional Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools. Strong understanding of operational coordination and distribution processes. Ability to read and understand work instructions and SOPs. Basic knowledge of safety and environmental practices.   Personal Traits: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage stress. Customer service-oriented mindset. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and strong team spirit. Discipline, vigilance, and cross-functional collaboration skills.   Why Join Us?
