Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – HealthcareJob SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for non-clinical and/or clinical roles within the healthcare organization. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and workforce planning strategies.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End RecruitmentManage full-cycle recruitment (requisition to onboarding)Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needsDevelop job descriptions aligned with business requirementsCoordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processesEnsure timely closure of vacancies within agreed SLAs2. Sourcing & Talent PipelineUtilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, headhunting)Build and maintain a strong healthcare talent pipelineConduct market mapping and competitor benchmarkingEngage passive candidates for critical roles3. Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key HR partner to business units and department headsProvide hiring insights, market trends, and salary benchmarksEnsure alignment with workforce planning and organizational structure (OC)4. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure all hiring activities comply with healthcare regulations and labor lawsConduct background checks, credential verification, and documentation reviewMaintain accurate records in HR systems (e.g., SAP, ATS)Adhere to internal approval processes and hiring controls5. Candidate ExperienceDeliver a positive and professional candidate journeyMaintain clear communication with candidates throughout the processManage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination6. Reporting & AnalyticsTrack recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate)Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reportsIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiencyQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in healthcare)Experience hiring for clinical and/or non-clinical rolesStrong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systemsFamiliarity with labor laws and healthcare compliance requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in high-volume or multi-site healthcare recruitmentKnowledge of international hiring / cross-border recruitmentStrong negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesKPIs / Success MetricsTime-to-fill vacanciesQuality of hireHiring manager satisfactionOffer acceptance rateCompliance adherence rate
