Assist the Head of C&E to ensure that all compliance related activities are adequately implemented and adhered by all stakeholders and employees. The key activities are as follows:
- Collect, compile, and organize procurement data from various sources such as ERP systems, vendor databases, and spreadsheets.
- Analyse procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate procurement performance metrics.
- Customize reporting tools and templates to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance metrics.
- Track procurement performance against established goals and benchmarks.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement solutions to enhance procurement processes and optimize performance.
- Continuously evaluate reporting methods and tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Work closely with procurement managers, finance departments, and other relevant stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and priorities.
- Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
Profil :
- Master's degree in statistics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- with 3-5 years of working experience in finance, procurement or other relevant field or at a recognized international third-party service provider are advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and French writing and verbal communication.
