Recrutement Technical Instructor

Global multinational in the automotive sector, renowned for the reliability of its vehicles and exceptional customer service. Currently seeking a Technical Instructor.

Mission :

• Prepare the annual technical training plan based on the service operations needs;
• Prepare training curriculum (didactic materials) for theoretical practical sessions;
• Conduct training sessions according to annual plan (Branches & Dealers’ Technicians & Customers);
• Enhance technicians’ skills through On Job Training;
• Prepare & Analyze the technicians Skills Matrix;
• Perform regular technical audits to confirm the technical instructions appliance for higher service quality;
• Confirm the right progress and the accomplishment of the E-learning programs.

Profil :

• Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• Preferably working knowledge or experience in the technical field.
