Mission :
Trainer Duties & Responsibilities:
  •  Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of related people (Customer, Staff, Area Manager, Merchandiser).
  •  A Trainer gathers and analyzes information to determine learning needs. Evaluates training programs and materials. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.
  •  Conducts training and educational programs, according to and Company needs & orientation.
  •  Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations.
  •  Encourages participation and builds learner motivation during classes.
  •  Assists in evaluating external training programs and materials with guidance from related departments.
  •  Gathers, analyzes and discusses colleague training needs with Sr. Manager.


Profil :
Trainer Requirements & Skills :
  • ;One to three (1-3) years of experience in a training capacity or equivalent experience.
  • ;Bachelor's degree required.
  • ;Fluent English speaking and writing is mandatory.
  • ;Previous presentation and training skills.
  • ;Competent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • ;Preferred: Experience in Customer Electronics, Service, Sales.
  • ;Positive attitude (solution oriented and ability to deal with ambiguity).
  • ;Excellent verbal communication,
  • ;Strong verbal and written communication skills, pedagogy. With the ability to set expectations and communicate with customers, colleague, staff, sales team).
