Job Description :
The job of BTS is aimed to ensure the timeliness and correctness of billing and  revenue recognition process.
Major Responsibilities :
1. Maintain and update billing trigger plan based on delivery plan.
2. Billing or Revenue trigger in timely and correct manner based on billing supporting  documents which provided by project team (such as POD, PAC/FAC etc. acceptance  documents).
3. Print and send the invoice to customer for sign back and acceptance.
4. Monitor the billing and revenue recognition process and pro-actively push related  depts to solve the problem as. Regularly analyze the business status and send the  report timely.
Competencies :
Bachelor degree on financing, accounting or business management, related field.
Foreign language skills : French & English (advanced).
Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Professional Phone Manner.
Excellent written communication and documentations skills.
