Description
Définition du poste : Leverage geospatial data to optimize market coverage, POS network efficiency and commercial performance. Build geo-intelligence insights to support Marketing and Go-to-Market strategies. Analyze territories, customer distribution and competition to identify growth opportunities. Act as the geospatial expert within the Marketing department. Taches  Principales :·         Map and analyze POS networks, customer distribution, coverage and market potential.·         Perform territory segmentation, catchment area studies and location optimization.·         Identify gaps in presence, underserved areas and expansion opportunities.·         Produce geo-based performance dashboards and heatmaps for sales, market share and boosts.·         Support marketing campaigns with geo-targeting and regional performance insights.·         Collaborate with Commercial, Network and Data teams to align geo insights with strategy.·         Ensure data quality, consistency and standardization of geospatial information. Conditions d’Accès : Master’s in Geomatics, Business Analytics & Big Data Anlytics related field. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of commercial performance KPIs and market dynamics. 3–5 years of experience in Geo-analytics,Big Data analytics Compétences : Liées au métier :·  GIS Tools: ArcGIS, QGIS, spatial analysis, geocoding, buffers, heatmaps.·  Geo-Analytics Techniques: territory segmentation, catchment analysis, location scoring, accessibility.·  Business Insight: POS performance, market share, demographics, competition landscape.·  Data Handling: basic SQL, Excel/BI tools, integration of internal & external geo data.·  Communication: clear storytelling, visualization, stakeholder alignment.·  Result-oriented mindset: ability to translate geo insights into concrete business actions.
