Adapting forecasts for top customers.Developing and implementing sales initiatives and implementing business unit initiatives.  Providing consistent support for all local customers and identifying and developing top customers in the area of responsibility with more intense relationship management.Attaining the sales, turnover and profit targets as well as introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager.Optimal and consequent usage of the digital systems and initiation of optimizations for a penetrating digitization of the business processes.Encouraging procedural and organisational optimisations and implementing the corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager.Ensuring and implementing customer projects and tracking sample and quote evaluation and contract status with intervention at the customer site where necessary.Ensuring that complaints are processed in accordance with the requirements.Your ProfileUniversity degreeExperience in Sales in the food & beverage or related industryNo travel restrictions as the position will bring a great deal of travelling across the countryStrong customer orientation, solution-drivenMethodical, with ability to design and execute aggressive business development plansDynamic and energetic business attitudeComputer proficient (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Strong Business Writing skills.Team player with strong customer focusProblem solving/Analytical thinkingAble to understand and convey the customer needs into business opportunitiesStrong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.Fluent in French & EnglishYour BenefitsThe motivating working atmosphere of a high-tech, innovative companyThe opportunity to realize your full potential and your ideasThe freedom to strike out in new directionsThe great exposure and learning experience in various functions within the company Please apply online and our HR Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
